Final Update: Project Winding Down!

Hello, everyone!

As promised, this is the final update: of the under 700 orders we had left, around 80 remain, as indicated below. Our recent shipments arrived, with the exception of some of the metal items, which are on the way. Soon the final dice will be packed, the last labels printed, and the remaining orders will be out the door and on their way to their homes.

We have compiled a final list of the last odds and ends needed for all outstanding returns, and will be placing that shortly, after waiting a few weeks to allow for any pre-order customers with issues to get back to us. And that, as they say, will be that.

Here, one more time, is a rundown of the status by tier:

Total Kickstarter fulfillment stands at 99.96%

As stated in the last update, we'll still monitor the inbox of Kickstarter, as we always do, but we'll not be actively checking in on the comments on this project (as indicated by the staff comment left there), and we'll be dealing with all issues directly through messages or email, as we do with all other closed projects and website orders.

If you are still waiting for your order as of this update, please reach out if you have not received your order by the end of January, and we will get you the latest information (if you are located outside of the US, please give us a couple of weeks on top of that).

Thank you for your patience and support as we close out this project. I know this fulfillment has been rocky - as so many things have been the past year and a half - but we greatly appreciate you sticking it out with us to the end, and I hope to serve you again in the future.

Mid-December Fulfillment Update: final orders arriving now

Hello!

Good news for the holidays: the remaining dice orders are arriving at last! Wood dice are in, and gemstone dice are due to follow close behind, and being QC'd by our supplier as we speak. We're finishing up the holiday shipping crunch now, but we'll still be diverting resources to make sure these dice are all properly received, inventoried, quality-checked and then, at long last, shipped out to fill the remaining orders.

The only remaining loose ends to tie up will be problems with shipments and returns, which we'll of course deal with as they come to light. If you've got an issue with your order, you are free to message us here or email us at [email protected]. At this point, almost all remaining orders are pre-orders. As such, the comments section here will be checked through year's end, but soon afterward we'll cease actively monitoring the comments. When we do, we'll leave a message there to make sure everyone knows how to get in touch if they need to.

We're anticipating one last update in this project to let everyone know when fulfillment has concluded, but past that, updates will no longer be posted and the project will be officially closed.

Thank you for your patience - it's been a long, difficult fulfillment, to be sure, but we hope all of you are enjoying your dice and have put them to good use... or will very shortly, for the few of you still waiting to receive them.

End of November Fulfillment Update

Hello, everyone.

Good news! We have received the final wooden dice shipment, and are currently diverting labor to receive it so we can start shipping orders that only were waiting on these items. We have not yet received the final gemstone shipment, but that should be arriving within a week or two at the worst, per the latest news I've received.

I will issue an update as soon as the last of the product we're waiting for arrives and begins to ship, which should hopefully be before the month is out. In the meantime, I hope all of you are enjoying the beginnings of the holiday season, and I'll be in touch ASAP with the good news of the final wave of orders going out.

Mid-November Fulfillment Update

Hello, everyone.

I'm going to lead with the important info this time - we have not received the final shipment, but we are nearing the end of the expected time frame our suppliers gave us, and they have been reporting news. The wood dice are effectively complete, and would have shipped the end of last week, but some small number are being replaced for quality issues. This full order is expected to ship today or tomorrow, and should arrive here by week's end.

Our gemstone order is still in progress, but should be complete this month and shipped to us as soon as it's done, also this month. Fingers crossed that we will be able to resume shipping before the month's end!

I'll be omitting the numbers this time since they are unchanged. Thank you for bearing with us as we wait on the stock to fulfill the last of this project. I look forward to good news for the ~5% of you in the project still waiting, and thank you for hanging in there. Thank you, and as we near the holiday season, I hope yours is a special one this year.

Important Note: Pre-orders are only shipped if ALL inventory needed to fulfill the order is not needed for any outstanding Kickstarter pledge - in other words, backers always get inventory first.

Fulfillment News

This update will be a short one - we're still waiting on the final product to arrive, but the latest numbers place them all getting here during this month. The moment they arrive, we're shipping them back out, so the remaining 700 orders should be out by the end of November.

We'll have another update later this month to let you know how things are looking on the 15th, and I expect to issue one more update after that to announce the project is officially, at long last, a wrap. Thank you for reading, and I'll be in touch again soon!
