Hello, everyone. I'm checking in with the latest info on the final items in this fulfillment.
Fulfillment by the Numbers
Total Kickstarter fulfillment stands at 99.8%
10,865 orders fulfilled of 10,890 total, not including pre-orders
To dive deeper into the individual tiers:
November tier (2190 backers): 2190 fulfilled - 100%
December tier (3227 backers): 3227 fulfilled - 100%
January tier (3543 backers): 3543 fulfilled - 100%
February tier (483 backers): 483 fulfilled - 100%
March tier (529 backers): 527 fulfilled - 99.6%
April tier (486 backers): 482 fulfilled - 99.2%
May tier (375 backers): 368 fulfilled - 98.1%
Final tier (57 backers): 45 fulfilled - 78.9%
Pre-orders (2,857 orders): 2,181 fulfilled - 76.3%
Total project fulfillment (including pre-orders) stands at 94.9%
Important Note: Pre-orders are only shipped if ALL inventory needed to fulfill the order is not needed for any outstanding Kickstarter pledge - in other words, backers always get inventory first.
Fulfillment News
Our final orders are in progress, and while things are progressing slower than I'd hoped, they are progressing nonetheless. The latest information that I have indicates that we will receive all shipments in the next 3-6 weeks. Once the finished goods begin to arrive, we'll immediately ship out all orders possible, and formally close out the campaign shortly thereafter.
I want to thank you for your support and patience. This fulfillment has been exceedingly difficult. We've been continually at the mercy of delays and factors out of our control - some due to our dependence on external suppliers, but most due to the circumstances affecting the world at large over the past year and a half. I greatly look forward to receiving these final orders and closing out the campaign soon!

Fulfillment News
We remain in a bit of a holding pattern. Orders are submitted to our partners and confirmed, materials are being ordered and dice are being produced as we speak, but they are not complete and have not arrived here yet. I remain in contact with our suppliers, and I'm hopeful we'll be receiving product within the next 2-4 weeks. We'll be able to ship orders very quickly once they arrive, so things still look positive for wrapping the campaign in the next month or so, but only time will tell for sure. The shipping world has been severely impacted by delays and congestion, lately, and thankfully since we primarily ship by air, we've been able to avoid a lot of the bigger issues tying up so many other projects right now. If that changes, of course, I'll let you know, but we don't anticipate any issues on that front as of now.

Fulfillment News
As anticipated in our last update, not a lot of news to report this week; we're waiting on the final orders with our vendors, which have been submitted and are underway. In terms of timeline, I'm hopeful we will be shipping again by the time the next update rolls around, but it's a little too soon to tell just yet, unfortunately. Still, we're that much closer to the end, at last!
Home Stretch
As I stated in the last update, I think it likely we wrap up fulfillment of all orders in the project in October. With luck, we'll have orders going out by or soon after the next update, on the 1st. Fulfillment News
Okay! Some news this week. As expected, we received the May wood dice order late last week, and after checking it over and processing it through inventory, we have shipped out all the orders possible. As you can see, nearly all of May shipments have gone out, as a result. There are only 25 backers with outstanding orders from the Kickstarter at this point. We've also made steady progress on pre-orders, and have 678 left to fulfill.
After shipping out everything possible, we are now running a final count of inventory, double-checking all the outstanding items still needed for fulfillment, and will be placing our final orders with our vendors to close out the project. This means that all remaining inventory to fulfill the campaign is in progress and will be on the way soon. Once it arrives, we'll fulfill the remaining orders in a matter of days, and then? Well, at that point, the project will be over.
Home Stretch
I'll check back in on the 15th with news, though it will take at least a couple of weeks to produce these last batches, so I expect that update to be a quiet one. Still, I'll let you know the latest, as well as what to expect for a final timeline. I don't see the fulfillment for everything - the remaining Kickstarter pledges, as well as pre-orders - stretching past October, and I'd love to report that we're totally done in the October 1st update... but, as always, only time will tell!
